Continuous improvement process
A continuous improvement process characterizes the constant improvement of product, process and service quality. Employees independently work on continuous improvements of their responsibilities and own working environment in their departments and in (inter-divisional) teams.
In our company it is called “OAsE” (German abbreviation: Optimale Arbeit sichert Erfolg) that means “effective working ensures success” and is a part of our corporate culture. We create the necessary framework conditions, such as providing working time, training measures, integration into workflows as well as the possibility to realize personal ideas.
