Corporate culture
We live our values. Our corporate culture is based on our actions. Rules are made available to all employees. They're clear and transparent. Our managers serve as an example for corporate and responsible acting. It's important for us to learn from mistakes and not repeating the same. A cooperative and appreciative leadership provide our employees development opportunities.

Initial training plan
“Every beginning is difficult…” In order to facilitate your acclimatization in the inpotron “world of employment”, every new employee receives an individual initial training plan. It simplifies the process in gaining new contacts with other colleagues and you will get a first impression of everyday occurrences from the start.

Events
A positive working atmosphere and a trustful cooperation increase the work efficiency and productivity in the company. Cooperation, collegiality and solidarity in our young and “young at heart” as well as motivated team are annually strengthened and encouraged; every employee is cordially invited to our barbecue in summer and also to our Christmas party in an entertaining atmosphere. Pleasure and fun are already guaranteed!

Staff sport
Fairness, team spirit, motivation and our will to win as well as the strengthen to analyse defeats are actively pushed forward by us. Keeping fit with us throughout the year!
Once a week, we regularly meet us to go jogging – and of course in all weathers. We also participate in sports events, e.g. competitions at Lake Constance (Bodensee-Megathlon) or in Thurgau/Switzerland (Thurathlon) with different disciplines like “swimming, inline-skating, running, mountain biking, road biking”. Furthermore, few of us also take place in international sports competitions.
